The Mitsubishi mini split system needed maintenance and cleaning. The two man team of Chad and Edgar of whom only Edgar was seen an interacted with, We’re efficient and thorough and completed the maintenance and cleaning of the exterior unit( Chad) and 4 interior units (Chad & Edgar) in 3 hours or less. Although we discovered Edgar was using our dish/vegetable cleaning brush to clean the filters and requested to use and did borrow 2 of our ladders, he did use their own water hose because they couldn’t find ours. Total Comfort is an expensive business to use although they seem reasonable at first at $109 a service call. However, they charge $617 to clean an exterior unit and an additional $2100 to clean the 4 interior units, for a total of $2717 for 2.5-3 hours for the service !!! New filters were $30 each and not included. We would service our HVAC system in Florida for $69-99 annually plus Freon . Extra replacement parts would usually be under $500.

From scheduling to installation, the service I received was top-notch. The scheduler was courteous and understanding. With the site visit, the service advisor evaluated my problem and provided me with several options for replacement of my gas hot-water heater, which could be completed later that day. The installer arrived, as scheduled, and completed the installation. However, when he lit the pilot, there was a problem. Rather than attempting to troubleshoot the unit, he obtained a second one and installed it. Every one I dealt with, from start to finish, was quite professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Total Comfort recently installed a new Trane AC unit on my property. From the onset of job to the completed project, I was totally impressed with their attention to detail, and therewillingness to go above and beyond.The project couldnt have went better.7/15/22Called total comfort my main unit had the blower out, Tech Keith Cooley did a great job assessing the problem and installing a new capacitor solving the issue. This company is efficient, and the employees are polite and easy to work with.Thanks Keith, and Total Comfort for another job well done.12/19/2019Yesterday I found my pressure relief valve leaking on my hot water heater. I called Total Comfort out to R & R the valve. They arrived at 9:00am promptly, and a young man named Zane quickly assessed the problem and replaced the valve. He was very respectful of our home, as I have experienced previously this company goes the extra distance to make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. I couldn't ask for more, their service is exemplary.Dan

Danny was pleasant and professional. He alerted me when he was on his way to my house, and tuned up my AC and answered all of my questions in a very polite and timely fashion. I truly appreciate companies that put customer service at the top of the list! Thank you Total Comfort.

Top Notch company and employees. Chris, John and Ashton were our installers. From salesman to office staff to installers all were very professional and friendly. Arriving at 7 am. they stayed all day removing an old attic installation of heating and ac. Being a most complex install the guys kept at it and when they were ready to leave, they swept and cleaned up all the debris. I would recommend this company and their outstanding employees to everyone.Thanks guys. Job well done and it was a pleasure having you do our work.Carl Snyder & Barbara Clemens

The technician (I believe his name was Danny) was so friendly and figured out the issue very quickly. On top of fixing the problem he took the time to explain what caused it and how I could prevent it in the future by doing some regular maintenance on my own.

Paul & Tre arrived early and were extremely friendly, courteous and professional! They worked fast and efficiently but made sure explain their work to me, answer questions and made friends with my three dogs! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Paul and Tre arrived on time with all the parts and equipment necessary to install the new heating and A/C system. They went right to work ensuring that no damage to our home was done during the old system removal. Once the old system was removed they began installing the new system. When it was determined that an adapter piece was needed they contacted the shop and had the piece fabricated. It arrived on site in a timely manner. While they were waiting on the part they continued to on other facets of the installation. When they were complete, they removed all old materials and new systems containers and unneeded parts.It was pleasure to have Paul and Tre work at our house.

Plummer Danny Miller provided a detailed explanation of the problems, and options for repairs. He and his helper installed new water heater in an expedient and professional manner. New water heater works great, comes with an excellent warranty.

Woke up on cool, not cold, but not comfortable, turned on the heating unit to 68 degrees. Heat did not start on. Tried tried the emergency unit and it worked. Called Total Confort where they said the could get a technician out in the afternoon. The later, 10 minutes, they called back to say their was a tect on the way. Checked the unit that had started working in the meantime, completely. Found nothing wrong and the unit has worked perfectly.Very satisfied with the quick response.
